ElderNet's unique services are free and​ performed by care coordinators as well as a corps of dedicated volunteers who want to make a difference in their community. Your financial support permits ElderNet to continue offering efficient and effective services that create stability, safety and independence, and increased quality of life for neighbors in the community. By offering transportation and food, reducing social isolation, offering emergency funds in crises, and acting as the first line of defense against homelessness in Lower Merion and Narberth, ElderNet exemplifies the concept of Caring Connected Community.
