The American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) provides emergency federal funding to state, local, territorial, and tribal governments in an effort to help the country recover from the devastating impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. Lower Merion Township has received an ARPA allocation and is considering directing some of the funding to address community needs related to socioeconomic factors, some of which may have been exacerbated by the pandemic. The Township is currently assessing community needs prior to making that determination.
As part of the assessment process, the Township is launching a Community Survey that will be available online as well as on paper at key community locations. We ask that you, as someone connected to Lower Merion, take the time to fill out the survey to share your own experiences and your understanding of the experiences of others in Lower Merion. The survey is submitted anonymously so that all community members may feel comfortable answering honestly.

We also ask that you share with your networks! If you would like paper copies of the survey for your clients/networks please let us know. We are happy to provide those as well.
The survey will remain open until June 30, 2022.
