Free Dental Program for uninsured residents of Lower Merion Township. 
ElderNet invites you to join a free dental program. 
The mission of this initiative is to treat the underserved of Lower Merion, who have neglected their dental care due to the pandemic and or limited income. 
The goal of the initative is return the community to a state of good dental health; thereby impoving the quality of their lives. 
Zero cost to participate. Transportation is available. 
Program overview
A dental intake will be given at the first appointment that includes a complete examination of participants gums and teeth, complete set of xrays's, dental consultation and treatment plan. 

Eligibility
The first 20 to respond will be selected. Once participants are approved for the program, and intake number will be provided to make appointments. ElderNet will support scheduling appointments as needed
Dentists: Participanting dental offices are located in Lower Merion. 
Patients requiring more in-depth dental care may be referred to Einstein, temple or Penn at reduced costs.
