Code Blue

Code Blue Program

ElderNet is partnering with Lower Merion Township, Access Services, and several other community partners to put in place a Code Blue response for Lower Merion Township residents. For evenings from November 2023 – March 2024 when temperatures fall to freezing, the Code Blue Program will solicit help from local churches to provide shelter to unhoused persons during the declaration. The site of the shelter will rotate among churches throughout the Township. ElderNet will declare when the Code Blue is in effect based on established Montgomery County protocol.

For any questions, please contact: Anthony Johnson ([email protected]) or 610-525-0706.
